Easter Bunny Rolls

I think we may have started a new tradition; making Easter bunny rolls for breakfast. They were fun to make, look cute and taste great. We made two variations, the little ones with tails and a big rabbit shaped one.

I am going to write down the recipe on my blog as it will be easy for me to find it. I haven't managed to create a nice system for my recipes. I have most of my recipes stored on my computer and write little notes everywhere. Sounds like a challenge I need to get to work at. Anyway, this recipe is a keeper:

6 dl melk
125 gr smør, smeltes
1 egg
1 ts salt
2 ss sukker
1 kg mel
